The National Association of College and University Mail Services Annual Conference offers business partners and exhibitors a cost-effective way to reach existing and potential customers through exhibiting, sponsorships and networking.  NACUMS is the largest organization of higher education postal and logistics professionals.  You’ll connect with more qualified decision-makers in three days than you could all year.  It is an opportunity to have immediate interaction with new and current customers, building new relationships and building on those existing.  It also gives you an opportunity to interact with other vendors who also might be your potential customers.  And, the NACUMS Conference is continually a favorite for our business partners and attendees!

Non-Member Exhibitor: $3,750* | Save $50 by registering as a Business Partner first and obtain all the benefits of a Business Partner Membership for the rest of 2025!

All conference sponsors will be recognized and have their company logo in the conference program as well as a sponsorship poster.

*Branded items will include your company logo along with the NACUMS logo. Company logo sponsorships are reserved for paid 2025 Business Partners until March 3, 2025. All available items will be released to all Exhibitors on March 3, 2025.

Shipping Information

NOTE: The Seelbach Hilton does not have a delivery dock. Pallets and other large items must be delivered via trucks equipped with a lift gate. If you plan to ship large items, such as pallets, crates or large cases, please contact Jeremy Miller at [email protected].

Instructions

Packages are to be scheduled for delivery no sooner than Thursday July 10th, 2025. Please make sure to label all shipments as follows:

Handling Fees

All packages will be delivered to the exhibit hall (or vendor’s tables if possible) the morning of the event set-up. All packages will be assessed the following handling fees:

Packages up to 50 Lbs - $3.00 per Box
Packages from 50–100 Lbs -$10.00 per Box
Packages over 100 Lbs - $20.00 per Box
Pallets* - $100.00 per Pallet

*Pallets of boxes may be broken down for delivery, pallet handling fee will be assessed. All Pallets must be able to fit through a standard doorway or additional handling fees may be charged.

Return Shipping

At the conclusion of the event, any boxes that need to be shipped out must be sealed and properly labeled for return shipping. Exhibitor is responsible for scheduling pick-up of any boxes that need to be shipped.

AV and Power Needs

NACUMS is providing one power strip with standard power along with Wi-Fi. Anything beyond this Exhibitors will need to work directly with Encore to make arrangements.
