NACUMS can help!

NACUMS provides members in good standing an opportunity to receive full or partial financial assistance toward registration fees for the annual educational conference. If approved full assistance of $750 or partial assistance of $375, will be given at the time of registration. Financial assistance is limited to one attendee, per institution, once a year, for no longer than three (3) years.

Deadline for submitting the application is May 1, 2025.
Notification of Award – no later than May 15, 2025.

Important Notes:

• No recipient shall receive financial assistance of more than $750 towards conference registration.
• Recipients are encouraged to apply the discount coupon to the full EARLY BIRD registration. The discount can be used with either the First Attendee or Additional Attendee (when applicable, based on multiple attendees from the same institution) registration.
• Partial financial assistance can be used with either the First Attendee or Additional Attendee (when applicable, based on multiple attendees from the same institution) registration.
• Partial financial assistance recipients using this discount in conjunction with the Additional Attendee registration receive an extra $50 registration reduction. The Additional Attendee reduction is automatically applied and does not require an application process.
• Those awarded this opportunity will be notified via email by May 15, 2025, with the contract and discount code for registration. Awarded opportunity must be redeemed by Midnight June 13, 2025.

Applicants are encouraged to apply for NACUMS Financial Assistance (Full and Partial) if eligible. Recipients will be awarded funding based on availability and need.
