This page contains information on how to register as an Attendee, or to purchase Guest Meals.  For Business Partners and Sponsors, please visit the Business Partners & Sponsors page for your specific registration, do not register as an Attendee.  

Register today!  EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT REGISTRATION expires at midnight, Friday, June 13, 2025. Beginning June 14, 2025 registration costs will increase an additional $50, with the exception of Guest Meal fees. 

Billing Options

You have two options available above, please select the option most convenient for your billing situation.

• Attendee Registration - Standard Invoice  
• This option will register you for the conference and you will receive an invoice in this Fiscal Year (FY25) before July 1st, 2025.

• This option will register you for the conference and will delay your invoice being issued until July 1st, 2025.

Guest Meals

Guests are spouses, partners, or friends traveling with an attendee, who must register separately if they are joining the group for meals only.  Guest registration is not open to exhibitor personnel or college and university attendees.  Use the Guest Meals button at the top of the page to purchase guest meals.
