NACUMS - Regional Conferences

CUMSA Conference - April 7-10, 2013 at the Hilton of Ocala and the College of Central Florida.

This year's theme will be "College and University Postal and Printing Services: Using good management skills to keep these resources in-house." Our goal for the conference is to present opportunities through idea - sharing, insight, and proven practices to improve our postal areas in order to serve our colleges and universities with clear and decisive means of saving money and generating revenue to be used for educating the students of our colleges and universities.

Early registration $199. until Friday, March 15, 2013. Late registration ($225.) Saturday, March 16 through Monday, April 1, 2013. Prices include meals, conference workshops and banquet.

ACUMS Conference - April 21-23, 2013 co-hosted by University of Vermont and Saint Michael's College

ACUMS is proud to return to Burlington, Vermont for the upcoming Spring 2013 conference. The conference will take place overlooking the beautiful waterfront of Lake Champlain at the Hilton Burlington. There will be a tour of Printing & Mailing Services at UVM. SWACUMS Conference - October 21-24, 2013 hosted by Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock TX..

This year's theme will be "Get A Clue" with an educational yet murderously fun agenda! This will be a joint conference with members of both the SouthWestern Association of College and University Mail Services (SWACUMS) and Texas Association of College and University Printers (TACUP) in attendance. Keynote and session speakers will focus on attentive reading of the situation at hand to improve practices, utilize hardware, configure software, be in compliance, and think outside the box to improve educational institution and related in-plant mail services, printing services, and support services. Conference will be held at the Overton Hotel and Conference Center.

WAUCM Conference - March 6-8 2013 at Oregon Garden Resort, located in Silverton, Oregon.

SWACUMS Conference - Co-sponsored by Oklahoma State University and the University of Oklahoma. This event was held on October 14-17, 2012 at the USPS National Center for Employee Development in Norman, OK.

MARCUMS Conference - Messiah College, October 11 & 12, 2012: The theme was First-Class Service.

ARMCUMS Conference - Dixie State College and Southern Utah, Held September 29 – October 3, 2012. A two day exhibit hall with a variety of Educational sessions and networking opportunities.

UMMA Conference - Cedarville University, Held May 9-11, 2012 This conference was co-hosted with Mail Systems Management Association. There were programs covering both Mail and Print topics. The Mailpiece Design Professional (MDP) Course was offered along with the United States Postal Service (USPS) issued Certificate of Education. 60 attendees enjoyed the event. CUMSA Conference Charleston, SC, Held March 18-21, 2012 The 25th. annual conference was hosted by The College of Charleston, The Citadel, and Medical University of South Carolina. There were 48 attendees, 5 of whom were first time attendees, along with 10 vendors. Ten educational sessions were offered ranging from Bench Marketing, to Who Will Be Your Workface.
